India made identity and money computable. Property- the largest store of wealth in the country, is the layer that was never built. We're building it: reading records no single system can read, reconciling the ones that disagree, and writing the resolved truth back into the legal record itself.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Five beliefs. Everything we build follows from them.
The document and the truth are not the same thing.
A registered sale deed proves two people transacted, not that the seller owned anything.
The fragmentation is constitutional, not administrative.
Property is a state subject. Anyone waiting for the records to be cleaned up centrally is waiting for something that has no one to do it.
Truth in Indian property is manufactured, not retrieved.
Digitisation exposed contradictions; it didn't resolve them. Access was never the constraint; reconciliation is.
You can't do this from outside the transaction.
Ownership changes in one room: the sub-registrar's office, a specific official, a fixed hour. We are physically there.
Knowing is worthless unless someone stands behind it.
Verification without consequence is an opinion. Honest verification sometimes says "don't buy this."

Not a portal
The layer that renders the verdict has no stake in it. We're paid for the search whether the answer is yes or no.
Not a ratings agency
We don't sell a detached grade with no consequence for being wrong.
Not an AI company that bolted on records
The corpus came first. Terra was built on it.
Not a legal-services firm
We employ the legal layer. It doesn't define us.

Every property in India will have a verifiable, instantly accessible record of ownership.
When that's true, collateral can be trusted and collateral that can be trusted can be pooled, rated, and securitised, the machinery that makes mortgage markets deep everywhere else. A family will prove in minutes what takes a court 20 years today. The record has to exist before any of it can.
